Purpose of The Legacy Builders Network

This website was created to

• Build a team of leaders who will, in turn, build more leaders
• Offer support through training, education & mentoring
• Serve as an accountability mechanism for its members
• Give a face to the social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest
• Create an atmosphere of winning for its members
• Give aid to the busy entrepreneur

The intent is to start with the basics as presented in the book Go Pro by Eric Worre. In the book, you will discover the 7 Steps To Becoming A Network Marketing Professional. This will serve as the group’s launch pad. From time to time I will introduce other documents and information that I believe will be helpful to your growth As your own team grows and you identify the leaders on your team, you will take them through the same process to build your team of leaders. The way to grow a powerful network is to build a team of leaders. You don’t want to get caught up in the management trap because then, your network marketing business just becomes another job. You are going to develop leaders who can take the ball and run thereby freeing you up to develop other leaders or just be able to take a break from time to time. As you grow your team, it will be important to give most of your time to the leaders you are developing. Others will be attended to during meetings or conference calls once a week or more. When you identify the leaders on your team, you may add them to the group and introduce them to the documents, articles and so forth that will propel their growth.
